The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) released the National Energy-Saving & Carbon Reduction Technology and Equipment Recommendation Catalog (2024 Edition). The catalog includes two high-efficiency energy-saving transformer products developed by Pearl Electric, recognizing the company’s R&D strength in energy-efficient power equipment.

The two certified high-efficiency transformer models are the SCBH19-NX1 Amorphous Alloy Dry-Type Power Transformer and SCB18-NX1 Cast Resin Dry-Type Power Transformer.

SCBH19-NX1 Amorphous Alloy Dry-Type Power Transformer

The SCBH19-NX1 amorphous alloy dry-type power transformer adopts mechanical simulation analysis to guarantee a stable and reliable structure. Featuring a unique three-phase five-limb structure paired with epoxy resin casting technology, it delivers outstanding no-load performance. With amorphous magnetic core material and innovative structural design, resonance is effectively eliminated to realize notable noise reduction.

SCB18-NX1 Cast Resin Dry-Type Power Transformer

The SCB18-NX1 cast resin dry-type power transformer realizes high-efficiency energy conversion and low energy loss by adopting high-permeability low-loss silicon steel sheets. Its flame-retardant vacuum epoxy casting technology improves fire resistance, cuts operating losses, and ensures long-term stable operation. The well-designed coil structure optimizes resin penetration and restrains partial discharge. Core dimension optimization via simulation greatly lowers noise, and the product passes lightning impulse tests to secure power grid stability.

Both transformer models surpass the Level 1 energy efficiency criteria of GB 20052 Minimum Allowable Values of Energy Efficiency and Energy Efficiency Grades for Power Transformers.
