On January 24th, Pearl Electric hosted a high-level international technical exchange event – a delegation of nearly thirty senior operations engineers from the Hong Kong Chapter of the Institution of Operations Engineers (SOE). This first benchmark exchange event of 2026 concluded successfully, injecting new vitality into the collaborative development of the engineering field in the Greater Bay Area.

• SOE is a professional engineering body accredited by the Engineering Council of Hong Kong (ECHK) and authorized to assess and recognize professional engineers and technicians. SOE Hong Kong actively participates in the training of local engineering personnel and is responsible for the assessment and review of Chartered Engineers (CME) qualifications in the UK. Furthermore, the chapter collaborates with the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) to promote a mutual recognition system for engineering qualifications. In recent years, this platform has assisted many Hong Kong engineers in participating in major energy projects in mainland China, becoming an important bridge supporting the flow of engineering talent within the Greater Bay Area.

During the exchange, the Vice Chairman of Pearl Electric delivered a welcoming speech, providing a detailed overview of the new factory construction, overseas performance, and core certifications, while also reviewing the company's development history in the power equipment field. During the workshop tour, the professional team explained the entire process, from process control and quality inspection to product delivery, showcasing the company's advanced level of lean production and management.
