A "Hardcore" Technology Exploration: Hong Kong Technology Exchange Delegation Visits Pearl Electric

Following a visit from the Hong Kong branch of the Institution of Society of Operations Engineers (SOE) Hong Kong Region earlier this year, Mingzhu Electric once again hosted a high-level professional technical exchange at the end of March. A delegation of eleven senior engineers, organized by the Hong Kong Technical Exchange Group, visited the company and conducted a one-day site visit and thematic seminar focusing on the R&D and testing capabilities of dry-type and oil-immersed transformers.

Following this, the Deputy Director of the Overseas Marketing Department officially launched the event with a compelling company presentation—she detailed the construction of the new factory, overseas market performance, and core qualification system, and recounted the true stories of generations of Pearl Electric employees upholding quality and pioneering innovation throughout Pearl Electric’s development history, resonating strongly with the experts present and eliciting enthusiastic applause.

Stepping into the workshop: A complete process from production line to testing station

During the workshop tour, the clean and orderly environment, along with the digital and intelligent production lines and complete manufacturing equipment, left a deep impression on the experts. Chief Engineer Tang and Chief Engineer Cai provided detailed explanations throughout the tour, focusing on process control, quality inspection, product warehousing, and, most importantly for the Hong Kong experts, the capabilities of the testing station and testing procedures. Every quality checkpoint, from raw materials to finished products, was clearly presented within a standardized, refined, and intelligent management system. The experts highly recognized Pearl Electric’s production and testing systems.

Special Symposium: A Systematic Display of Technological Advantages and Testing Capabilities

During the thematic discussion session, the company’s technical director shared core technological advantages in dry-type and oil-immersed transformers, including design optimization, process upgrades, energy conservation, and safety and reliability. These advantages were illustrated with real-world application examples from nuclear power, new energy, power grids, and industrial applications. Representatives from the testing center’s testing team provided a detailed introduction to the company’s comprehensive testing capabilities, covering type testing, factory testing, insulation performance, and temperature rise, showcasing the entire technical support chain from R&D verification to factory quality control.

Finally, Mr. Lu, the Marketing Center Director, highlighted Pearl Electric’s core advantages in overseas project delivery and technical support, further deepening the expert team’s comprehensive understanding of the company.
